More Matt Nash Music:
Check out some of these great tracks by electronic producer and DJ, SAM F. His music has been featured on the popular animated show American Dad. In the episode ‘Standard Deviation’, the main character Stan must defeat his boss, Avery Bullock, in a DJ battle to avoid being sent on a suicidal CIA mission. He accomplishes this by downloading a set by “some weird guy named SAM F who had a billion likes [on Soundcloud]” as he states in the episode. Sam’s remix of “Flicka Da Wrist” appears during the episode’s most prominent scene, where Stan experiences a drug-induced trip that has him eventually winning his DJ battle.
If you know me, you know that American Dad is one of my favorite animated shows of all time. Though I grew up with MacFarlane’s parent show, Family Guy, over time Family Guy has struggled to retain its’ core audience. Episodes of Family Guy recently have gotten better, but for a time (about a year or two ago) some of the episodes seemed a little too politically charged, or had jokes that were too random, specific, or niche-driven.
Check out more from SAM F below:
Be sure to check out my latest mix, a chill mix of potential club favorites, perfect for 2017’s summer vibes.
Starting off very chill with Phantom’s epic and haunting remix of ODESZA’s “Waited 4 U” the energy picks up as the song transitions to favorites by Tchami, Diplo, Zedd and more!
By far, this is one of the smoothest mixes I’ve done and needed the least post-editing. I am very proud to present this to you all on SoundCloud. Enjoy.
Check out these two new house tracks, fresh for 2017, from artists, Two Friends remixed by TRU Concept & Snakehips.
[Electronic/House]
Two Friends – Overdose (TRU Concept Remix)
I want you til’ I overdose…
Today we’re bringing you some fresh house music for your listening ears. Two Friends bring futuristic house blended with melodic chords and vocals resulting in the calming, yet uplifting “Overdose.” This remix by TRU Concept adds layers of chill, future house to the song, in place of the more dubstep-y, pop-dance fusion that is the original. Start your 2017 on the good foot with this track, hosted by selected. music, and check out others from their music group below.

Snakehips – Don’t Leave (feat. MØ)
Next up, Snakehips dance-house affair, “Don’t Leave” featuring MØ brings high-energy and atmospheric vocals; ones that only the voice behind Major Lazer’s “Lean On” could bring. Layers of synth sounds and calming effects mix well on this track, and though it’s initial feel is a bit like “dance-pop” there is still a very awe-inspiring deepness inherent in “Don’t Leave.” Check out the song above and check out other songs I’ve reviewed by Snakehips here and here.
Check out our selections today: a high energy post-dubstep track from Flux & Matthew Koma remixed by Virtual Riot. As well as some “Nujabes/J-Dilla” style mellow beats and flows from two of ‘Art in Melodies’ producers.
[Dubstep:] Flux Pavilion & Matthew Koma – Emotional (Virtual Riot Remix)
Length, it’s a pity
watching your pretty smile, so warm
And I am already half-way
out the door…
Check out this massively dope remix of Flux Pavilion and Matthew Koma’s “Emotional” remixed by Virtual Riot. The result is a high-energy, yet atmospherical vocal dubstep track with bass wobbles and Koma’s sped up vocals. A combination sure to get you emotional (Sorry, had to). You can download the track for free from its Soundcloud page and check out more from the artists and remixer.

[Mellow Hip-Hop Beats:] KA-YU – Flowers
Next up is a very interesting instrumental track coming from beat producer KA-YU, “Flowers” is a calming joyride through hip-hop, latin flavored tropical beats and sounds. The result is a very chill track great for meditating or getting work done or to simply drift off into for some moments.
[Sophisticated Beats:] J-Mac – Morning Sunshine
[/embed]https://soundcloud.com/jemaque/morning-sunshine][/embed]
Producer J-Mac’s most recent track “Morning Sunshine” continues the chilled out vibe over smooth beats and vocals from our first post. Perfect for relaxing with a book in the sunlight, a picnic at a local park, or as the soundtrack to a posh art gallery, “Morning Sunshine” is calming, uplifting, jazzy and just downright sophisticated.
Dutch producers Ka-Yu & J-Mac’s sounds’ are very reminiscent of Nujabes, D’jango (some have said in comments), a little Dilla, or really any other insanely good beat producers. Take some time to mellow out to this beat and check out more from KA-YU and J-Mac below. Both artists hail from the Art in Melodies Collective group of DJs and producers.

New iLLUMiИUS mixes feature Fetty Wap, Major Lazer & sick remixes of Drake, Wiz.
[Club EDM, Dance & Trap DJ Mix]
Syncopation Vol. 1
[Hip-Hop/Rap DJ Mix]
Put In Werk 2015
Fresh for your listening ears are two brand mixes I’ve recorded in the past few months that I had laying around and finally got around to finishing/cleaning up. “Syncopation” and “Put In Werk” are “preview” mixes of series to come further down the pipeline, with the former being newer and featuring club style EDM.
The latter, a mix of solely hip-hop and rap music, with a little ‘chill trap’ for added flavor. “Put In Werk” is heavy with Fetty Wap appearances and is capped off by one of the sickest Drake remixes I’ve ever heard (Ain’t No Tellin’ remixed by stwo).
For now, you can download these mixes (and many others!) for FREE straight from my Soundcloud.
-Enjoy
